Side A & B: Insured Person Liability. C-Quence will pay the defence costs and loss of each Insured Person arising from a claim or proceeding against them, including investigation costs, or C-Quence will reimburse the Company for defence costs and loss arising from a claim or proceeding against an Insured Person if the Company has indemnified that Insured Person.
Side C: Corporate Legal Liability Claim. C-Quence will pay the defence costs and loss of the Company resulting from a claim or proceeding for against them, including investigation costs.

Employment Practices Liability
C-Quence will pay the defence costs and losses arising from a claim made against an Insured for an employment practice violation.

Crime
Employee Fraud or Dishonesty. C-Quence will pay the financial loss of an Insured resulting directly from fraud or dishonesty committed by any employee with the intent of causing a Financial Loss to the Insured.
Third Party Crime. C-Quence will pay the financial loss of any Insured resulting directly from fraud or counterfeiting; computer fraud or funds transfer fraud (also known as social engineering fraud) committed by a third party.

Cyber Breach Response
Cyber Breach Expenses.
In the event of a cyber breach, C-Quence will pay professional fees of computer forensic specialists for the purpose of confirming a Cyber Breach has occurred, mitigating the cause and identifying the data subjects affected. C-Quence will pay the expenses involved in notifying data subjects and any relevant regulator of the breach; legal fees to assist the Insured in responding to the Breach; and the expenses of up to one year of credit monitoring services to detect the possible misuse of Data Subjects’ personal information as a result of the breach.
