C-Quence announces Zurich capacity deal and launches ARAG backed Legal Expenses cover.

29 April 2020  – Digital MGA C-Quence today announces that Zurich Insurance plc will provide further capacity for its Management Liability and stand-alone D&O products.
 
Additionally, C-Quence is adding a Legal Expenses coverage module to its Property Casualty (P&C) product suite.
 
Zurich Capacity

Legal Expenses Cover
C-Quence has also added the option of Legal Expenses cover to its Property & Casualty (P&C) product suite. Cover is provided by ARAG plc, on behalf of AmTrust Europe Limited.

Cover includes a range of insured events such as employment issues, tax disputes, property damage claims, compliance and regulation issues and other specified risks. The module is an optional add-on to Property or Casualty covers available under C-Quence’s P7+C3 product.”

C-Q Elements - Cloud based technology
